A small rundown on how to manually fix your lag problems in new areas "Outcast Land" and "Beast Mountain". This enables you to have no grass and trees in "Outcast" and no rain in "Beast Mountain".
Follow these simple steps.
Step 1- Download
Both files you need in 1 zip file:

Step 2- Where to put/extract/unzip
Beast Mountain file goes to RF Online -> Map -> "Mountain_Beast" folder
Outcast file goes to RF Online -> Map -> "Exile_Land" folder
Overwrite file when and if asked.
Incase Of Emergency (problem) these are the original files that you had for backup
